Yellow does not provide refunds for any products or services purchased. Once payment is made, it is understood that the purchase is final, and no refund will be granted under any circumstances. In case there is a mistake in the payment processing and you have accidentally paid multiple times for 1 product or if you have overpaid, please contact us at helpdesk@getyellow.in. We will look into the matter and if we are able to confirm that such a mistake has occurred, your amount will be refunded by the same mode of payment within 5-7 business days.
