Nikhil, a CA by profession, spent a large portion of his 15-year career at PwC and Ernst & Young involved in estate planning, taxation, and M&A transactions. Most recently he advised Indian and NRI HNIs and UHNIs, family offices, and businesses as the South India regional head for estate planning at IIFL Wealth. At Yellow, he is building a team of estate planning experts to provide users with best-in-class support to complement our tech platform. He is also focused on strategy and finance matters.

Niranjan S is a polyglot whose 16+ years in the software industry has spanned software development, entrepreneurship, freelancing and tutoring. He’s been responsible for developing multiple early-stage products, and scaling teams in areas like AI/ML, manufacturing, edtech, and service platforms. At Yellow, he is at the helm of our growing tech team, with the key goals of security, privacy, usability, and scalability

Namrata’s passion lies in building digital experiences. A Wharton alum, she has played the role of Head of Digital for Nicobar, co-founded a content led e-commerce venture, and worn the hat of investor as VP at a tech-focused venture capital fund. At Yellow, she is responsible for collaborating across functions to build the best possible user experience

Head of Legal Affairs

Aditi is a lawyer with 12+ years of experience in estate planning and commercial law. Previously, she has worked with Kotak Mahindra Trusteeship, MUFG Bank, and Paras Kuhad & Associates, Advocates. Her areas of specialty include consulting on Will creation and structuring of trusts to ensure the smooth inter-generational transfer of assets, insolvency protection, estate duty protection, etc. At Yellow, she heads our legal affairs team and is focused on providing legal expertise and guidance in the development of our products and services, as well as for our customers.

Head of Customer Support

Priya has 18+years of experience at companies like AOL, Vodafone, Network18, Cision-PRNewswire, and Mahindra, managing large teams in customer service and client relations. At Yellow, she is responsible for delivering the highest quality customer support for our users to make sure they get the answers they need when they need them.
